SortSend Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Faizi Siraj, operating as SortSend ("we"), for the SortSend Google Sheets add-on ("SortSend"). By installing or using SortSend you accept them.

1. The service

SortSend sends personalised emails from your own Gmail account to people listed in your Google Sheet, and tracks replies, bounces and unsubscribes. It runs inside your Google account; see our Privacy Policy at https://getsortsend.com/privacy.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

• you have the right to email every person on your lists, and you follow the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you and your recipients (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR, India's DPDP Act);
• you keep the unsubscribe link in bulk emails and honour opt-outs;
• you follow Google's terms, including the Gmail Program Policies and sending limits;
• you will not use SortSend for spam, phishing, harassment or anything illegal.

We may stop providing SortSend to anyone who breaks these rules.

3. Google's limits

Google decides how many emails you may send and how often background work may run. SortSend works within those limits and cannot raise them. Emails may be delayed or stopped when a limit is reached.

4. Price

SortSend is free during launch. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.

5. No warranty

SortSend is provided "as is". We work hard to make sending reliable, but we do not guarantee that every email is delivered, that every reply or bounce is detected, or that the service is uninterrupted. Check important results in your Gmail Sent folder.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or for emails sent, not sent, or sent more than once. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for SortSend in the 12 months before the claim, or US$ 50 if you paid nothing.

7. Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling SortSend. We may change or discontinue SortSend with reasonable notice where we can give it.

8. Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and update the date above. Continuing to use SortSend after a change means you accept it.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Hyderabad, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
