Mail merge from Google Sheets, sent from your own Gmail

Write one email in Gmail. SortSend sends a personal copy to everyone in your Google Sheet and keeps track of who replied, who bounced and who unsubscribed.

What it does

• Personal emails at scale. Use {{First Name}} or any column of your sheet in the subject and body.
• Sent from your own Gmail. Replies come straight back to you.
• Schedule, drip, follow up. Send now, at a set time, in daily batches, or follow up automatically with people who did not reply.
• Replies and bounces tracked. Your sheet shows who replied and whose address bounced.
• Unsubscribe built in. Every email carries an unsubscribe link; people who opt out, or whose address bounces, are never emailed again, in any of your sheets.
• Inbox tools. Optionally log incoming emails or import notification emails into a sheet.

Your data stays in your Google account

SortSend runs inside Google Sheets under your Google sign-in. We run no server of our own and never receive your emails or contacts. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Limits

Google decides how many emails you can send per day (about 100 on a free Gmail account, 1,500 on Google Workspace). SortSend shows how many you have left before you send.
